Greetings:I actually've modded Civ 4:Warlords to generate a simulation of the 2004 model of Axis Allies.I accomplished this by naming metropolitan areas to stand for the territories of the boardgame, of several levels of financial/production worth. It'h actually much better balanced, as Indonesia's Panzers possess a bonus against additional armor, and Asia's soldiers start highly promoted.
